Oral presentations

Presentations should be in MS PowerPoint or Acrobat pdf. Presenters should be in their session room 15 minutes before the session begins. Presentations shall be uploaded to the computer in the session room before session start or at the Speaker Ready Room - Presentation Upload Station; the computer contains a shared folder with the session names.

Presenters willing to check their presentations with a computer with the same setup of the computer in the presentation room, can use the computers available in the Speaker Ready Room - Presentation Upload Station

Presenters are allowed 20 minutes for presentation, including questions. Chairs will give a 2-minute warning to wrap-up.

Use of standard True Type fonts is suggested for PowerPoint presentations. In the case the ppt contains a video or animation, please ensure that both files (Power Point and video - MPG AVI) are in the same folder.

All collected presentations will be converted in pdf and linked to the programme and made available on the Web after the conference.

Two Poster Sessions will be held:

06/Jun/2017Tuesday, Poster Session 1 - from 16:00 to 19:00
08/Jun/2017Thursday, Poster Session 2 - from 16:10 to 19:00

Poster dimensions:

A0 (* Height: 160 cm, * Width: 95cm)
